Mindful Flow Yoga Class

This mindful flow yoga focuses on nurturing body awareness and cultivating presence. Gently begin with a breath exercise, smoothly transition into slow vinyasa-style movements, and conclude with a rejuvenating dynamic sequence. This 60-minute class offers a perfect balance of mobility and strength, leaving you refreshed and connected to your inner self. Suitable for all levels. You are invited to explore your breath, movement, and mindfulness in a concise and transformative way.

Power Flow Yoga Class

This an hour long powerful flow yoga class focuses on strengthening your vital muscle and mind connection. You can unlock your inner and outer strength throughout dynamic yet flowy movements. The classes start with gentle meditation and a breath work to ground you down. Then you will warm up your body gently and move into challenging asanas! Don’t worry, the movements are so flowy, so you won’t even notice that you are into challenging poses even!

Embrace your potential, release stress, and gain flexibility. Class levels are to be customised depending on the participants.

Core Pilates Classes

If you're searching for an exciting workout that targets your core and leaves you feeling amazing, this pilates class is the place to be. This 45 minute long core pilates class is designed to engage your entire body, focusing on mind-muscle connections. If you are a yogi, but you are not interested in Pilates? Just give it a try! This pilates class will strengthen your stability, so you will feel the benefit of Henna’s pilates classes when you practice your Asanas in your yoga practice!

FAQs

  • Not at all! You will have some benefits if you are flexible. However, even though you are not flexible enough you can do yoga! I offer variations to the poses, so you don’t need to worry about it!

  • If you want to have a private space to practice yoga with personal assist, practicing yoga at home is the perfect way for you! If you want to share energy with a group of same minded people, group classes will be more interesting to you.

  • Not at all! Yoga is for everybody, all genders and all ages! You just need your yoga mat and yourself.

  • If you would like to move more mindfully, aware of every movement, better to go for gentle or mindful style yoga. If you want to strengthen your physical body and if you like sweating during exercise, power yoga is your thing!

  • It depends on your level! If you are a total beginner, maybe you can start with 1 -2 times per week, and as time goes by you can increase the frequency to 3-4 times per week. The most important thing is that you practice regularly.

  • I encourage you to try different yoga classes because every style has different effect. For example, vinyasa yoga can give you strength through constant flowing movement while yin yoga can give you time to rest and release all the tension with less movements.
